Follow these steps to Make your form
- Go to the Google forms website - Click here
- Click on the blank form (You can also use Templates form and edit it)
- Add all the form details
- Add question which you want to ask from users
- Save your progress
- Click on the Send button
- Click on the code sign
- Copy the code
Boom! Your form is ready to go
You can also use the form link but if you want to use it on your blogger you should use the code which you have copied now
Follow these steps to add your form to Blogger website
- Choose the place where you want to add the Form ( you should use page to add form)
- Go to the pages section
- Click on add new page
- Click on HTML view
- Paste the code there
- Give a Page title
And, now view your page you can see that the form which you made in Google Forms have been embedded there
Boom! your form is ready to use.
How to see response and result of if any user uses the form or submit the form
Follow these steps to see the response of your form
- Go to Google forms
- Select the form in which you have to see the response
- Click on the Responses button
- And, there you can see the response of your form
