Folder and Bookmark names are optional and if excluded will default to the URL.

Features
- Each URL must be entered on a new line
- Empty lines will be skipped
- If a name is not entered, the bookmark will be created with the URL as the name
- If no folder name is specified bookmarks will be ungrouped
